In order to provide care for your website, I will need admin access to your website, ideally with my own login; however, I am happy to use any admin login you provide. I may also need access to your hosting provide and domain name provider.

What do the edits include?

Edits to content on any page, changing banners, headers, or footers, changing plugin settings, CSS adjustments, blog content or context edits, adding a new landing page, formatting landing pages, changing images or text or adding coupon codes.

What is NOT included in the edits?

Custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc), updating custom code, graphic design, PSD to WordPress, creation of content, or building out a new website or subdomain.

Do you provide ad-hoc support?

What platforms do you support?

Primarily I provide support for WordPress websites. Also if your website is built with Wix, Squarespace or any other non-WordPress platform I am able to assist.
