Under our communication policy, we have listed some guidelines that our clients needs to follow while communicating with us over skype, whatsapp, email or any other communication platform.
Avoid Short Messages
Please avoid short messages, instead try to write all details in one message only, it helps not only to use conversation for future reference, but also to avoid confusion and misunderstanding.
Leave Instructions if we are offline
We both (you/client and us/developer) may not be in the same timezone so we may not be working at the same time. So kindly leave a detailed message with instructions about what you want to be done and it will be done in the same working day.
Avoid Voice/Video Calls if possible
As i mentioned earlier, we may not be working in the same timezone, so kindly just leave a detailed message with instructions about what you want to be done. We can always do a periodic (weekly/biweekly) voice or video call to discuss the agenda but we need to keep our general conversation in textnot only because we may be in different timezone, but also because we can refer to text conversation for reference.
We don’t work on Saturday & Sunday
We will answer any question you may have regarding new or existing project, but we don’t work on weekends, so any information provided in weekends will be general information.
